In this two day experience you will leave with the tools and experience to start your own Reiki Practice with yourself or with others. Reiki is ancient healing modality that has been past down for generations. It is life force energy, a practice that supports mind, body, soul and spirit.
Reiki is a relaxing modality that helps reduce stress, clear energy blocks and more. Over the two days you will have hands on practice and the opportunity to really integrate all the learnings about Reiki. You will have hands on practice on completing self-treatment as well practice completing hands on treatments on others.

What is Reiki? History of Usui Reiki.
The energy body, chakras, and how to clear blocks.
Energy Hygiene, how to protect and support others on their healing journey
Hand positions for Self-Treatment and also when working with clients
How to hold space for clients
Creating your own healing practice for your journey
Starting your own Reiki practice or how you can use Reiki to help the collective
