Meet the Jessica
Jessica is a Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, NLP/ Mindset Practioner (Nero Linguistic Programming) , Divine Feminine Leader, Somatic and Wellness Coach. Jessica is passionate about helping women find inner peace, come back to their sovereignty and step fully into their Divine Feminine Power and Energy. She is a teacher and mom. She is originally from the East Coast but loves her home in CA. You will find her often at the beach, spending time with her family, diving into her personal rituals and practices and loves to travel.
Jessica started her personal development journey in 2014 and has never looked back. Being a mom was one of her greatest gifts but she knew within her heart that she was destined for more. She started to invest her time and energy into learning, growing and creating healthy habits and rituals that would support her desires. She then has invested in many certifications, programs and courses that have empowered her to the space that she is in today. She has gone through many ups and downs in her journey and has learned the power of healing in her own life.
She specializes in helping women learn how to connect with her feminine energy, connect with their bodies in a safe space with Yoga and Movement. Allowing for healing deep rooted subconscious programming. She teaches you how to create healthy patterns that support their life as Divine Feminine Leaders. Jessica infuses Yoga teaching and Philosophy along with ancient teachings of the Divine Feminine.

This is a VIP experience. In addition to the retreat you will receive a 90 minute 1-on-1 mentorship with Jessica. This will include a Reiki Session, wellness and lifestyle mentorship. We will take time together on creating wellness goals, routines and and move through any blocks you may be experiencing. This is great option if you are wanting a more personal one on one experience and are wanting to make changes in your life to align with deep desires.

It’s such a honor a dream of mine for some time to step into the role of a Retreat Facilitator. I started hosting events in 2022 and it truly is an area I feel gifted in and I know god has lead me here to hold space for women who are on their healing and wellness journey. I am so grateful that you are considering this retreat and are investing in your future. Investing in myself has been one of the most life changing choices I have made for myself. It was not always easy to put the money aside for myself especially when I always felt deep rooted fears around money/abundance. This is something I have worked on over the years.
